Extensive Resort Transformation Concludes

Novotel Cairns Oasis Resort has finished a multi-year, multi-million-dollar renovation. This extensive project updated the 314-room property in Tropical North Queensland. The final stage introduced refreshed guest rooms, marking the conclusion of the resort’s extensive refurbishment.

These rooms now include refurbished bathrooms, new-generation beds, and contemporary curtains and soft furnishings. The resort also unveiled stylish new sun loungers around its iconic lagoon pool. General Manager Shelly Cuthbertson stated this completion marks an exciting milestone for the resort.

This investment follows a national Gold win at the Australian Tourism Awards, highlighting the property's recognized quality.

Enhanced Guest Comfort and Tropical Design

The newly designed guest rooms complement previous renovations to the resort’s public spaces. Dining venues and other facilities also received contemporary tropical design updates in recent years. General Manager Cuthbertson noted the investment shows an ongoing commitment to elevating guest comfort. The resort aims to preserve the relaxed tropical atmosphere it is known for.

Every element, from updated bathrooms and brand-new beds to award-winning facilities, helps guests relax and create lasting holiday memories. The property is family-friendly and located conveniently near Cairns Esplanade, local restaurants, and the Reef Fleet Terminal.

A Refreshed Option for Asia-Pacific Celebrations

The Novotel Cairns Oasis Resort offers one of the city’s largest lagoon pools, complete with a sandy beach. It also features Cairns’ only swim-up pool bar, adding a unique amenity for guests. These refreshed amenities provide an appealing backdrop for destination weddings and honeymoons.

Couples from Asia considering a tropical celebration in Australia will find updated comfort and modern design for their event. The resort’s proximity to the Reef Fleet Terminal provides convenient access for guests planning excursions to the Great Barrier Reef.

This renovation demonstrates a commitment to enhancing the region's appeal for significant events and leisure travel, offering a polished option for couples.
