Avani+ Hanoi to Open in 2028, Adding Event Venue Options

Minor Hotels announced plans to open Avani+ Hanoi in Vietnam's capital by 2028. This new premium lifestyle hotel will feature 310 rooms and be located in the central Bach Mai Ward. The property forms part of a larger mixed-use development, Hinode City, which includes a new lifestyle mall and over a thousand residential and serviced apartments.
Avani+ Hanoi will also offer an indoor swimming pool, a fitness center, various dining options, and dedicated meeting and function spaces, making it suitable for events and celebrations.
Expanding Minor Hotels' Vietnam Presence
The agreement for Avani+ Hanoi was signed between Minor Hotels and Trading Construction Works Organization. This venture marks Minor Hotels' first branded presence in a major Vietnamese city, specifically Hanoi.
Currently, Minor Hotels operates four properties across Vietnam under its Anantara and Avani brands: Anantara Hoi An Resort, Anantara Mui Ne Resort, Anantara Quy Nhon Villas, and Avani Quy Nhon Resort, alongside The Vietage by Anantara luxury train service. The upcoming Avani+ Hanoi will extend the group's reach into a key metropolitan area of the country.
Strategic Location in Bach Mai Ward
Omar Romero, Chief Development and Luxury Officer for Minor Hotels, highlighted the strategic importance of Avani+ Hanoi. He noted that the central Bach Mai Ward location provides a strong urban hub, appealing to both business and leisure travelers seeking a well-connected base in the capital.
Vo Toan Cong, Chairman of Gerbera-II Hospitality One Member Company Limited, a subsidiary of Trading Construction Works Organization, expressed confidence in the partnership. He stated that Avani+ Hanoi aims to set new standards for premium hospitality in the city.
