Novotel Sydney Castle Hill to Open with Wedding Facilities in 2029
Accor and Reve Group are partnering to launch the 143-room hotel within Sydney's Nova Rêve precinct, providing new options for celebrations in the region.
New Novotel Venue in Sydney's North-West
Accor and Reve Group have announced plans for the Novotel Sydney Castle Hill, a new hotel scheduled to open in early 2029. This collaboration marks their first joint venture, introducing an international hotel brand to Sydney's north-west. The 143-room property will be a central part of the Nova Rêve mixed-use precinct in the Castle Hill town centre.
Located near major transport and shopping hubs, the hotel aims to serve the increasing demand for hospitality services in this dynamic region. Accor will operate the new build, reflecting its confidence in the area's ongoing development.
Dedicated Spaces for Weddings and Events
The Novotel Sydney Castle Hill will feature comprehensive conference and events facilities. These spaces are designed to host a variety of gatherings, from business functions to family celebrations and weddings.
Sam Kassis, Managing Director for Reve Group, noted that the hotel will provide the Hills District with a local venue for such events, allowing guests and visitors to remain within Castle Hill. In addition to these event areas, the hotel will offer multiple restaurants, cafes, bars, a fitness centre, and a swimming pool for all guests.
The Broader Nova Rêve Precinct
The hotel is integral to the larger Nova Rêve mixed-use precinct, a significant development in Greater Sydney. This precinct will encompass 361 apartments distributed across three towers, with the tallest structure reaching 32 levels. It also includes over 1,600 square metres of ground-level retail space, featuring various shops and cafes.
Nearly an acre of landscaped communal gardens will enhance the residential and commercial offerings. Turner leads the architectural and interior design for the precinct, while Land and Form Studios is responsible for the landscaping.
