Royal Albatross: MasterChef Dining, Island Exploration in Singapore
The tall ship, anchored off Lazarus Island, offers a three-course lunch by MasterChef Singapore winner Inderpal Singh and integrated island exploration.

New Daytime Dining Offering
Tall Ship Adventures introduces a new dining and island exploration offering in Singapore. The Royal Albatross, a tall ship, now operates as a daytime restaurant. This new Albatross Island Restaurant (AIR) serves a three-course lunch. The ship remains anchored off Lazarus Island. Its established evening sunset dinner cruises continue as scheduled. This expands the vessel's operational hours.
Integrated Marine Access
Guests access the Royal Albatross via Albatross Speedboats. Departures are available from Marina South Pier, Resorts World Sentosa, or Siloso Beach. Following lunch, guests can continue exploring Singapore’s Southern Islands. The speedboat network connects to islands such as St John's, Kusu, and Sisters' Islands.
Tall Ship Adventures aims to establish a marine hub for dining, transport, and island visits around the Royal Albatross. This integrates scheduled marine transportation with destination dining.
Culinary Leadership and Event Versatility
MasterChef Singapore winner Inderpal Singh leads the new restaurant's culinary team. He developed a lunch menu inspired by regional spice routes and flavors. The menu caters to families and leisure travelers. A vegetarian set menu is also available. Beyond dining, the Royal Albatross accommodates themed events, corporate functions, and celebrations. It provides a versatile venue for various gatherings.
Implications for Asia's Wedding Market
This new offering expands Singapore’s range of unique event venues. Couples planning celebrations can consider the Royal Albatross for a distinct marine setting. The integrated marine transport simplifies guest logistics for events held on board. This provides a novel option for pre-wedding gatherings or intimate celebrations.
It adds a sophisticated, water-based choice to the city's event landscape, offering a memorable backdrop for special moments.
