New Name Reflects Expanded Operations

THSA Hotel Advisors, a firm with over two decades of experience, has rebranded as Hotel Advisors Global this year. This new name follows the company's actual operational growth and its future ambitions. The firm has completed more than 500 projects and advised over 400 hotels across 16 countries.

Hotel Advisors Global maintains its core services, which include hotel asset management, market demand assessment, and development advisory. These services help clients make informed decisions and grow their returns.

Deep Experience and Asia-Pacific Focus

The rebranding reveals a significant expansion in the firm’s geographical reach. Its networks now extend through Asia, Africa, the Americas, the UK, and Europe, alongside its established base in Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific. The same experienced team, with a combined 150 years in the hotel sector, remains central to the firm.

Managing Director Rodger Powell notes that their advisors have operated hotels, offering practical insights. CEO Ruwan Peiris leads the firm, supported by Principal Consultant Heather Linnell and Project Manager Luisa Davidson.

Impact on Asia's Wedding Venue Landscape

Hotel Advisors Global's expanded presence in Asia directly influences the region's wedding industry. The firm's advice to hotel owners and operators on development, asset management, and operator selection shapes the quality and offerings of future wedding venues.

As hotels refine their strategies based on this expert guidance, couples planning weddings in Asia can expect evolving venue choices. This includes new facilities, enhanced service models, and optimized event spaces designed to meet contemporary bridal market demands across various Asian destinations.
