TFE Hotels Invests $100M in Adina, Expands to Singapore for Weddings

TFE Hotels commits $100 million to upgrade its Adina apartment hotel portfolio. This investment focuses on first-generation properties across Australia, Europe, and the United Kingdom. Funds will improve guest rooms, public spaces, and hotel amenities. The brand's network is growing, with new properties in New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Singapore. Evolving Guest Offerings
Antony Ritch, TFE Hotels Chief Executive Officer, stated the Adina brand adapts to traveler needs. Guests increasingly seek living spaces with full hotel services. The company works with hotel owners to enhance the guest stay. This involves generous, comfortable areas, relaxed Australian hospitality, and elevated design.
The goal is for guests to find a personal sanctuary, whether in Berlin or Darling Harbour. This approach reflects a commitment to current traveler expectations.
Recent and Ongoing Property Renovations
Adina Darling Harbour in Sydney recently reopened following a multi-million dollar redesign. This 114-room property was reimagined 26 years after its initial opening. Shoreline Kitchen also launched there. Adina Perth will receive a multi-million dollar refurbishment. Adina Town Hall, Sydney, completed its top-to-bottom redesign in 2025.
In Europe, Adina Frankfurt Neue Oper began a 12-month refurbishment of its 134 apartments and public areas. Adina Budapest finished a nine-month renovation of 75 guest rooms and public spaces. Moritz Klein, TFE Head of Operations for EU and the UK, noted that ESG principles guide design choices, ensuring sustainability.

The expansion into Singapore provides new options for couples planning weddings or accommodating guests.
