Meet and Ayushi recently celebrated their pre-wedding festivities at the Radisson Blu Plaza Resort & Convention Centre in Karjat, India. Bhoomi Events & Planners designed five distinct themes for the occasion, creating diverse visual narratives for each event.
The celebrations showcased a range of global aesthetics, moving from travel-inspired concepts to Mediterranean charm, vibrant fiesta energy, Parisian elegance, and classic Bollywood glamour. This comprehensive design approach aimed to offer guests varied settings throughout the weekend, demonstrating detailed event planning and execution at the Karjat venue.
Global Journeys and Mediterranean Charm
The festivities began with an 'Around the World' theme, welcoming guests into a travel-inspired setting. This design included airline check-in counters, boarding gates, destination signage, custom passports, and luggage-inspired styling. The entrance established the weekend's thematic structure. Following this, 'Sunshine in Santorini' recreated the Greek islands' appeal.
Whitewashed architecture, blue accents, blooming bougainvillea, and Mediterranean styling characterized the space. Signature blue doorways, floral arches, and fresh blooms provided a bright, elegant atmosphere, capturing the Aegean coast's relaxed charm for the attendees.
Fiesta Vibrancy to Bollywood Glamour
The celebration continued with 'Hola Fiesta,' drawing inspiration from Spain’s La Tomatina Festival. This theme introduced a playful burst of color, featuring oversized tomato installations, rustic market displays, vibrant floral arrangements, and a barn-style lounge. A red Vespa added character to the lively setting.
The mood then shifted to 'Night in Paris,' highlighting contemporary Parisian glamour. Pink neon installations, dramatic lighting, statement florals, and fashion-inspired elements transformed the venue. Subtle casino touches enhanced the celebratory atmosphere.
The events concluded with 'Bollywood Night,' inspired by vintage cinema, featuring marquee entrances, film cameras, spotlights, and cinematic props.
Immersive Design for Asia's Celebrations
Dinesh Pandya of Bhoomi Events shared that the vision aimed for each event to feel new while ensuring a natural flow between themes. The focus was on creating immersive spaces that brought each concept to life, offering memorable experiences for guests.
